To realize the full benefit of using the Golf Frontier platform, you must sign up for a free account. The process is simple, and takes less than a minute.
A small amount of personal information is required to create an account with Golf Frontier. The information needed is an Email Address and a First/Last Name, thats it!
The email address that you use to register must be unique within the system. If the email address is already registered and it belongs to you, than you may have already previously registerd, in which case you can use the Forgot Password page to request a password reset. You must also specify a passsword when registering, this password must be between 8-30 characters in length. You can change your password at any time after your account has been created.
Golf Frontier values your privacy. Your personal information is never shared or sold with anyone.
If you have an account created with either Google or Apple, you can use that account to sign up with Golf Frontier. The process is simple, just click the button for the appropriate service that you wish to use, and then complete their verification process. Golf Frontier will then use the information provided from the third party service to create your account. In the future, if you ever need to sign in on a different device, you can re-use your Google or Apple account, and Golf Frontier will remember who you are.
GHIN stands for Golf Handicap Information Network, and is the official handicap service of the USGA. For more information, visit GHIN.com. Golf Frontier is not affiliated with GHIN or the USGA, but if you already have a GHIN number, you can use it to sign in to Golf Frontier, which will use the information provided by GHIN to create your account. In the future, if you ever need to sign in on a different device, you can re-use your GHIN account, and Golf Frontier will remember who you are.
Upon completion of the initial Sign up process, you will receive a verification email in your inbox. The verfication email contains a button that can be used to confirm your email address. This helps us out be letting us know that you are who you say you are, and that if you ever need to be contacted (to reset your password for example), that we have your OK to do so.
Upon completion of the registration form, you will automatically be directed to the profile page for your new account. With a new account, there isn't much to look at yet. As time goes on, and you submit activities and follow other golfers, your profile will grow. Eventually, you will be able to use your profile page to keep up to date with everything golf related going on in the world around you.
