Use the rangefinder when you are out on the course. At any point, it will tell the distance remaining to the Front/Center/Back for the green as well as the Reach and/or Carry distances to other points of interest (bunkers, hazards, trees, out of bounds, etc). The Rangefinder has multiple view to support a variety of useful situations
At the top of the screen, tapping the left side Close option will close the GPS screen. Tapping the Hole Number in the middle of the screen will open a menu allowing you to quickly navigate to any hole. Tapping the right hand Par/Stroke Index will show the scorecard when score tracking is enabled.
The Default view when the rangefinder is initially started. This view presents a top down look at the current hole and is generated from either current satellite imagery, or from a hole rendering if avaialble. The central targeting ring can be reposiitoned by panning or pinch to zoom in or out, and always displays the distance to the target location above the orange center line, and the distance from the target location to the center of the green above the centerline. Target distances are denoted by different colors, tan for bunkers, blue for water, brown for trees and white for boundaries.
Home View displays the Front/Middle/Back or Reach/Carry distance in a large easily readable typeface. Plus(+) and Minus(-) buttons allow cycling between all of the mapped points of interest for the current hole.
List View displays the Front/Middle/Back or Reach/Carry distances for all points of interest in a single scrollable view.
Equipment View displays the plus or minus distance remaining for each club to the center of the green based on how far you hit each club. For example, if you hit a 5 iron 175 yards, and you have 200 yards remaining to the green, then the view will display the number as 25 (200-175). As in you would have "25 yards remaining" to reach the center of the green. with the Premium version, statistical information for each club is also displayed, such as the Number of Attempts, Average Score and Average First Putt Distance.
